Now you have the chance to try forspaddling in a simple manner. Try of the day is perfect for those who are curious about what forspaddling is. You may learn little about the rapids, paddling techniques and safety.
Then we paddle an easier rapids that will be more than tough enough once you sit in the middle of the rapids.

For those of you who want to learn everything about forspaddling, we recommend a kayak course. Here you learn in more detail in the rapids, safety, paddling techniques and the basics of Eskimos turn.
We mixed sessions with terori and practical elements. All this in cooperation with Årefjel.
We promise an exciting course with many challenges. All equipment, lunches and transportation are included, and refreshments.
